Tenuta la Chiusa, Elba
Tenuta la Chiusa is the oldest winery in the Elba-Island. Napoleon spent his one-year exile on this island in 1814. In addition, the winery also has a restaurant that has been awarded a Michelin star. In this restaurant you can book a dinner which also includes a wine tasting. This dinner costs around 120 euros.

Wine bars

Otherwise, it can also be worthwhile to visit a good wine bar, where you can usually also eat well.

Gustavino, Florence
In this wine bar you can try a wide variety of wines and also enjoy a delicious meal.

Enoteca Tognoni, Bolgheri
In the wine bar Enoteca Tognoni you can try, among other things, a Sassicia, which is one of the "super Tuscans". But of course you can also enjoy other wines and eat something with them.

Ossticio, Montalcino

Here you can find one of the world's first-class red wines: Brunello di Montalcino. For this reason alone, you should definitely consider paying a visit to this wine bar. In addition, there is also a restaurant.

The wine routes

Also worth seeing are the various wine routes that you can walk along. Afterwards, reward yourself with a good glass of wine and a delicious meal. The best-known wine routes include, for example, the Strada del Vino e dell'Ollio or the Strada del Vino Montepulciano.
