The best times to travel by motorcycle to Tuscany are spring and autumn. In winter the air is clear and the view is sometimes breathtaking - but it can snow a little and get really cold, especially at higher altitudes. After all, driving along the serpentines at a slow pace behind a camper van is not for everyone.
