Montepulciano is a beautiful, agricultural place that has retained its historical character. It is known for its wine growing (Montepulciano grape variety, Vino Nobile di Montepulciano) and the production of Pecorino cheese
The thermal bath or spa is a typical rehabilitation center that offers various cures (salt water treatment, massages, etc.) and fitness programs. Prices start at around 40 euros (1 day stay without further treatments). Most guests enjoy staying in the "Grotta Lunare" (Moon Cave), although this is definitely not a typical "adventure pool".
The sulphurous water comes from the underground of the thermal baths, unfortunately we do not have any information about the temperature of the water, but it should be "warm".
